Aaron's love of food is matched by his love of travel. His international influences show their colors in his bold flavors and refined cuisine. His vibrance and laughter are as contagious as his culinary inspiration. 

Louisa Eastlake

Absolutely no one can cook seafood more consistently perfect than Louisa.  Her culinary career has spanned from Cape Cod to the locally acclaimed Ekwanok inn, and her sautée skills are unmatched in the field for miles around.

 

Matthew Montgomery

With Monty it's all about the execution. Perfectly blanched vegetables & steaks is his game. From Colorado to Saratoga, working under mentors such as Gray Kunz, he keeps the food standard high and a smile on everyone's face.

 

Peter Jaenecke

Avid fisherman, outdoorsman, dog rescuer, and all around jack of all trades. He is responsible for keeping the wheels turning and ultimately the one to thank for your beloved perfectly seasoned, fluffy kale caesar.
